This enables us to achieve 2-day delivery within the respective state and 3-4 day delivery in neighboring states. For remote regions such as Jammu & Kashmir and the North East, delivery may take up to 6 days.

For Cash-On-Delivery Orders (no prescription required):

- Upon order placement, customers will receive a confirmation call from our customer support team to verify and confirm their address.

- Confirmed orders are shipped the same day if confirmed before 12pm, or the next day if confirmed after 12pm. In instances where customers are unreachable and fail to confirm their order, two additional attempts are made before dispatching the order.

For Orders Requiring a Doctor's Prescription:

- Our dedicated personal assistants facilitate communication between customers and our panel of expert doctors to arrange a complimentary phone consultation. Following the consultation, any necessary adjustments to the order are made based on the prescription. If additional payment is required, payment links are provided to the customer. Any pre-consultation overpayment is promptly refunded.
